PS5LM developer reference image — redistribution notice

The screenshot visibly shows v0.8.3. It is not a v0.9.0 capture, a Frandeer
measurement, a warranty, or an endorsement. Performance figures in the
screenshot are not independently verified by Frandeer.

assigned here to those independent works, and no additional restriction
is imposed on recipients' GPL rights in the reference image. There is no
